We’ve all been there, but some of us might not know. The classic symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, moodiness and irritability, can easily be passed off as something else altogether...

Like yesterday morning's coffee blitz, followed by yesterday afternoon’s beer session, followed by last nights game rampage, combined with a terrible nights sleep.

But if we want to compete we need to start thinking like an athlete and get smarter with our hydration routines.

Our cognitive function, our thinking, and our ability to make judgement calls is diminished if we are dehydrated, and this is the last place you want to be in any campaign or battle.
